I would say that for the most part it has been a good transition for me, but I think I have a more unique situation where my client and direct manager are both great. I could see how a different circumstance, not uncommon in our company, could quickly change my experience.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Accessibility, they are available to talk should the need arise.
What makes you most happy at work?
That I know I'm appreciated and the work I do makes a difference to my client and company.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication is something that needs improvement. Sense of urgency needs to be re-evaluated on hot topic projects and focuses.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are in a unique position where we are based in our clients area, so having a positive client culture makes a huge difference on overall satisfaction at work. Within our internal company there isn't a culture that I would be able to speak to.
