I am part of a small team that focuses on a single large client. The team works closely but for the most part everybody is on their own to complete their tasks. We meet each morning to go over our workloads and check with others members of the team throughout the day as needed.

They are not micro-managers yet stay involved when needed.

Completing a large project and knowing that it went well.

401K matching was recently added and there is a good amount of paid PTO.

Focused and hard working yet easy going and pleasant to deal with. Willing to step in and help when you need it.
