Improve overall communication and organization. There is a lack of leadership and direction

There are good people that work for GSP but the lack of leadership makes it hard to love
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There is no best part. There is no sick time or paid family leave of any sort. The point program is a perk but I rather get sick days than gift cards.
