relatively laid back atmosphere - even during the busy crunch times, my time is able to keep things relaxed

freedom to operate and perform my tasks in my own way in my own time - lack of micromanagement from above
What are some of the best things about your team?
the few of us on my team are a very tight-nit group who work well together - we are able to come up with some fantastic solutions to the client's needs, and we support each other in our endeavors every day
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Two main things are: general pay - inflation is up almost 8% in the past year, but pay increases will not match that; and work-from-home - throughout Covid, I've had to opportunity to work from home, but now there's a push from the executive team to get back in the office instead of employee choice
