Constantly fulfilling tasks and checking things off the to do list. We're busy, but it's easy to see the success you have day after day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The cost of living and housing has gone up, in some places significantly, and wages are not reassessed. Raises are only effective if employees are already receiving a living wage.
