I think GSP is a great place to work. Company culture is positive and empowering. I think coming from the retail space I really value having family time which seemed like a fantasy prior to coming to GSP. You forget what it is like to have holidays and weekends off.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I think most of my team members are invested in the account being successful and are high achievers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think Breanna does a great job of rallying the team and keeping us invested in each other despite how far apart we all are.
What makes you most happy at work?
I really enjoy the account team, the client I work with, and my supervisor. I also love working with the Madison facility and VM team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how approachable and genuine they are. They are genuinely invested in you as a person. I do not feel the "separation by position" that can permeate other company cultures.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was led to believe I would not take a pay cut. The health insurance is almost twice as much as at my last job resulting in a 15k shortfall. I think that the bonus structure should be revised. I have worked incredibly hard to secure VM/RE projects so I don't think it is fair it isn't weighted like
