Everyone is very welcoming to new hires. The focus on tasks seems to vary a bit from department to department. Overall though, co-workers get focused on what they're supposed to do, and they seem to get it done. That's important. I don't feel like there's a lot of slacking off around here.

Open to suggestions, and they're barrier free. These are accessible folks who don't keep the door closed. It's a very "open door" policy environment.
