How would you compare interviewing at H E B to other places you've interviewed?

Being hired after my interview, it's very clear that everything H-E-B does during its interview process is very intentional. They aren't just looking to fill seats. A lot of thought and time goes into matching up the right skillset and personality for the right team and position. I feel like they were looking out for my best interests to ensure that it was a match for me and that the career growth and path was available that I wanted in the position I interviewed for. I was treated with the highest level of professionalism. Their communication was prompt and direct better than other places I have interviewed.
