Being on the same page managerially and tell the GM that the verb "dicking" is first defined as - 1 [no object] informal handle something inexpertly; meddle: he started dicking around with the controls.
They need to be better at treating their partners with respect
Pay attention to individual department environment. Look at how a Lead is treating their subordinates. Intervene when you see mistreatment.
People skills, learn who to talk to your team and motivate and encourage them.

Getting paid a living wage would be a start. It's hard to come to work and be my best self/push myself when I am worried about how I'm going to pay rent or whether I should pay a bill or get groceries for the week.

Im part time which means that I cant qualify for the stock program. I also do not make a viable wage and am not scheduled enough houra in a week.
Realistically get benefits as part time. Real raise for real effort

Tied in with compensation--we are all bitter that so-and-so is getting paid more for doing the same job. Most problems that arise with coworkers for me is because they make harsh judgements about others' characters for tiny mistakes and gossip nonstop and I don't stand for that.

It was very easy and quick, very professional
They not only ask question also give the opportunitis to learn
After working for HEB for a year and a half , I interviewed to be promoted to a cashier. I thought it went well, but then my manager never called and I finally heard back via automated email. She avoided me when I asked to talk about it, and she promoted other people that were much newer than I was.
No trick questions. Like 0 days off is all you need ti say to get hired. Cmon man we are humans who have mental and physical health and! Kids ti look after.

When they let me do more than just bag. Bagging is tiring and repetitive, and they hardly let me do other things, but I always enjoy it when they do, like when they let me clean registers.
Putting production and inspection goals ahead of how partners are treated to accomplish them.
There needs to be another opps manager to be put in place
They need to stop being cheap and hire people
when it is fair to work at a fair pay rate so people can work comfortable
Charge customers for bags. Influence customers to help bag their groceries. Treat good employees well, and make the poor performing employees change
They are reasonable and they care about the company
