That the leadership is open and tries to be a sympathetic and empathetic as possible although there's still much room for growth.

Some of the best things about our teams that we're excited to work, although there are grumblers at times, they tend to tough through the situation and get the job done to feed Texas.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part about my conversation package is it starts off fairly well although the percentage stuff that goes on at the warehouse is not very substantial or sustainable due to just ethical and integrity issues but it's decent
