Heb management needs to have a stronger presence on the sales floor and stopping leaving the dirty work to the lowly hourly workers. Sitting around the office all day talking with friends doesn't do much good for anyone but themselves.

If the management team put more effort into working the trained employees they already have than they did at hiring and paying to train more employees while lying about being fully staffed at any given time.

I have begged for years to learn other parts of my area only to watch someone younger come in and start to be trained for that which I ask to learn. Watching it happen again just as I finally moved to an area I wanted now younger people are coming in and being trained to do things I have yet to be.

It is fast and forward.

I did a group interview, so it was really different because i had never done anything like that before. It was nerve racking because everybody was listening to what you said, but the interviewer made sure to make everybody feel as comfortable as possible.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

To transfer to store you go through a 3rd party who says you don't need to do online video interview but if you don't you never get a call back.. They tell you to go to the public library to open your email to do the online interview if you don't have web cam at home which I don't and wont have one.
