
Difficult to say, since they refuse to actually give me hours, despite when my availability was wide open and my performance was top notch.
If the management team put more effort into working the trained employees they already have than they did at hiring and paying to train more employees while lying about being fully staffed at any given time.
There is a veneer of positivism that is rather easily shattered if you just bother to talk to employees in a manner that will yield no negative repercussions. Because voicing a negative opinion will get you black-balled by management.
