What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay is above reasonable and we get a raise every 6 months
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very friendly! Most of us work hard but there are a few problems of course
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The head manager is amazing, very sweet and friendly. Some of the lower management is kind of snotty and don't like to work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all try to hold one another up, if someone is having a bad day we don't push them away, we ask if everything is okay
