Open door policy and always willing to help
That the leadership is open and tries to be a sympathetic and empathetic as possible although there's still much room for growth.
Theyre communicative, encouraging and no drama
They listen to all of the partners who work in stores.
The new store and everybody's trying to help each other out. I love the way top leaders are trying to communicate with all.
Tend to go far and beyond
Open door policy with learship that encourages growth opportunities.
Review from Customer Support Dept
They are very human with all the partners
They do expect alot but are overall friendly.
Most of them are friendly caring managers
Top leaders at corporate are some of the best. The leadership in stores at times needs more comprehensive training.
Inexperienced, confused, eager, optimistic, impatient
How friendly and communicative they are.
Communications more to the partners
Their fair & team players . Plus they have an open door policy. For instance when my Father passed away they had my back it meant the world to me & my family. In fact my family members have also work with HEB. My brother at the Arsenal in San Antonio. My Father at the HEB CC Tx Warehouse.
My manager is awesome. I have learned a lot from him. I wish I could say the same for all of them
They are accessible and listen.
They are the most proffesional people out there. They get what needs to be done and understand how to have fun and not just be a *boss* but a teamate as well!
They care about us, the leads make H-E-B what it is.
They listen to anything we have to say
Being on the same page managerially and tell the GM that the verb "dicking" is first defined as - 1 [no object] informal handle something inexpertly; meddle: he started dicking around with the controls.
They need to be better at treating their partners with respect
Pay attention to individual department environment. Look at how a Lead is treating their subordinates. Intervene when you see mistreatment.
People skills, learn who to talk to your team and motivate and encourage them.
Being responsible and not blaming the partners when they mess up. There is no "heart for people" from more than a few managers. It's all about "heart for themselves"
Improving quality. Better care towards employees
Review from Operations Dept
Be real leaders over operations
They are not good at scheduling and pull me from schedules when its convieent for them. I have a title and they pull me from that title constantly and move me to service without asking just telling
Don’t refuse to promote me because im disabled but have proven to be perfectly capab
Communication to Manny chiefs not enough indians
We can be a team and work together . Management in the deli department at SA 36 can do way better . Our new manager that we just got babies our ADM that we have had for going on 2 years . Like he needs to go our whole department can agree.
communication and involvement. shop awareness
Be more mindful of workers physical status
Being a leader and not a boss..lead by example..be a team player..better communication and better people skills..
Work expectations. Communication. Temperament. Overall moral
Hiring. The only ones that get hired are from the age of 18-25. An non of them stay to long. The are some older people that need a job and would work harder and better than the young ones but dont get a chance because of there age, size, and looks.
written communication and unambiguous procedures.
Paying attention to everyone that contributes on taking care of the customer. Standing at a distance doesn't count as being a team
Not micromanaging partners at every chance
Better leadership because it lacks and better communication
