To transfer to store you go through a 3rd party who says you don't need to do online video interview but if you don't you never get a call back.. They tell you to go to the public library to open your email to do the online interview if you don't have web cam at home which I don't and wont have one.

They base the management/operations interviews based off of behavioral questions. There is a big difference between a candidate talking about being able to do the job than actually being able to do they job. They miss out on A LOT of great candidates due to interviewers not liking the response.
