Private stock. Very good benefits especially when compared to competitors

As a pharmacy technician, it's the satisfaction of servicing a patient's needs
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Seem to have a pep rally mentality. There are negatives that need to be addressed but it's seen as unimportant. Rapid expansion - Great. But there needs to be a a stronger infrastructure, particularly in the IT Dept.
