I like that the company has goals to raise minimum wage.

The fact that the managers take such care of their employees. They care, and now a days i feel that is very rare.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact that everybody is so friendly and cares for one another. We are not in competition, we are their to care for each other.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I did a group interview, so it was really different because i had never done anything like that before. It was nerve racking because everybody was listening to what you said, but the interviewer made sure to make everybody feel as comfortable as possible.
