
It's always safe to 'overdress' for an interview and dress for the role. I wouldn't wear jeans, even though the company has a casual dress policy. For a corporate role, business suit for both women and men. You can always laugh about wearing a coat and tie AFTER you are hired. You don't want to be the one missing out on a job because you went 'too casual.' That's my general rule.
