Be yourself, be honest, come prepared. It helps to do some homework on H-E-B, as well as the role that you are interviewing for. Speak to Partners in the store to get a feeling for the culture. Identify someone in corporate and reach out to them and try to get the same feeling in how it is at corporate. This is advice I would give to someone interviewing at any company. It's YOUR interview, too. You have every right to interview the company as they do to interview you. Ask questions on how things work, how decisions or made, what do they like/dislike about the company. Ask the same questions of each interviewer to see if there is a commonality. I feel these are basic interviewing techniques that have always worked for me.
