    If you qualify, Maternity is 6 weeks unless you have a C-Section, then it would be 8 weeks (you can take up to 12 weeks and use whatever medical and vacation you have left, or leave it unpaid if no benefits but qualify for FMLA). You are paid through disability and you go on leave through FMLA. Paternity is up to 12 weeks through FMLA and is unpaid.
