As a Senior Recruiter Specialist in Indonesia, one of the best parts of my compensation package is the competitive salary that Halliburton offers. The company values its employees and strives to provide fair and equitable compensation that reflects the skills and experience of each individual.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Comparables show that salaries are better elsewhere

Being paid at market instead of 2016 rates

I've had several promotions without any accompanied pay raises so managers can continue to get their bonuses.

Higher compensation more coherent with the market

Underpaid, not hope or future

Employee benefits and policies arent at part with Industry

people who bring more to the table must be paid more

Our pay scale is significant lower to other regions, asia pact that is

Flexible working hours and management engagement.

Yes. No inclusivity. Increase in pay

Review from Operations Dept

No plan to grow or make a career.

Review from Operations Dept

I am not being paid for the position I work, raises are few and far in between.

Review from Operations Dept

We have a very young Business Unite manager who showes very little appreciation for the people he has working for him he is what we call a numbers man doesnt care how much time a person has been working for Halliburton. He is not a people person. Cant reach top pay with 30 plus years.HELP US PLEASE

If they actually staffed departments for success it would help.

I would like to receive regular stock awards, as most others in my role do. There were 2 cost of living raises given in a years time, and I did not receive one either time.
