Being fair. Not given promotions to their friends or people that went to the same college they did. It's very political.

Work balance. I generally work 15-18 hours a day as an engineer 7 days a week.
Fighitng for their employees I would say
Stop less skilled and inefficient referral hiring and hire better talent from Matket.
Operations Management need to be better, less cheap contracts
Comparables show that salaries are better elsewhere
Being paid at market instead of 2016 rates
I've had several promotions without any accompanied pay raises so managers can continue to get their bonuses.
Higher compensation more coherent with the market
Underpaid, not hope or future
We work well in a group, but at times fall short on individual tasks
Communication needs to be better as a team. No patience for new hires trying to learn the ropes.
It's a very toxic culture and if there were 30+ hours in a day managers would ensure you worked that much.
People should care about their job and not care if it is not concerning them
company does not provide incentive or motivation to work
Better mental management. Fairer promotions and compensation. Competent HR department.

Ensure work life balance and make sure you dont pile up the one or two best resource in your team with work of others inefficinet employees
HR department had messed up bringing in an excellent employee by their incompetence

Give people what they are promised for
more pay. better support from management
Review from Operations Dept
Management does not care for the employees.
Review from Operations Dept
Management has preconceived ideas and notions and will get angry if told otherwise, even if backed up with facts and experience. Employees are only listened to reactively instead of proactively when it comes to strategic decisions, resulting in a negative work environment
Local management needs to stop playing favorites with incompetent people.
