What is the best part about your compensation package?
There is not any kind of compensation package. Only your pay per job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If they didn't rob you blind with fees
They pay workers about 20% of what they charge customers
Just a lot of the jobs were very hard and I was told by customers that they paid a lot more
We are independent contractors and we do not have benefits or perks. Handy can charge us fees for various reasons.
It's a job I was asked to do were actually possible.
I still didnt get paid for a job from over a year ago. its hard to contact them and once you do get a reply its very generic or they are very short with you. I was unfairly fired then they re hired me and allowed me to work the first three free jobs then let me go again with no pay
