we are a known company and they do have a large amount of clients and great brand messaging

They associates are not the problem i get along well with most people and i am very close with my co workers
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
This whole team needs an overhaul it is so much messed up things happening in this company that its crazy at this point.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They are treating cleaners unfairly i was fired twice and i am still unsure of what i did wrong. the first time i just trie to log in one day and i couldn't when i asked what happeend they gave me generic copy and paste answers. i reapplied over a year later and after 5 jobs they did the same
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I still didnt get paid for a job from over a year ago. its hard to contact them and once you do get a reply its very generic or they are very short with you. I was unfairly fired then they re hired me and allowed me to work the first three free jobs then let me go again with no pay
