They are great and go by the book

There is not any kind of compensation package. Only your pay per job.

You do not have any teams. You work alone, unless you decide to take someone you know with you.
It's my own people I pick them out
They associates are not the problem i get along well with most people and i am very close with my co workers

The way we can communicate with each other and our employees!
The customers are the best
The customers. They are usually pretty nice
This is based solely on a job by job basis. You will have amazing customers and ones that are not nice to deal with.

There was No interview at all
Its was through the app and not a person
There is no interview process. You simply fill out the information and wait for your background check to be completed.
That they did a background check and made sure that it's a good person
that is was quick and swift pretty much over the phone
What makes you most happy at work?
That I can work alone for most jobs and the customers are typically nice.
Send my customers happy and trying to do my best and learned the way
