What is the best part about your compensation package?
Decent pay however having become so short staffed, teams are running the stores and the people there are doing the job of at least 3 people all the time.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was in person with nonjudgmental district manager who I happened to greatly respect. She was a woman with drive and passion, she saw that in others and helped drive them to success.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Store managers need more training on how to handle teams with compassion, especially now a days when there are fewer of us holding the business together. There is no "I" in team. Managers shouldn't take the successes of there co-workers as their own if it's a team effort.
