Heavy workload, light pay, little recognition.

Good. Came in thru acquisition

Terrible, no leadership, a complete hostile enviroment. Its February and still cant get my W2. Do not work here, its only about money, not patients. They always look for ways of uo charging.

I love the people I work with. However, corporate policy concerning bonuses has some problems. It takes too much for someone to get fired. Also increasing the bonus ceiling and keeping it that way for a particular month every time the clinic exceeds the previous record impedes larger offices.

My group has been great. But see other departments struggling. It depends on your manger

We're not so big that you can't have impact and we're not so small that you can't get the resources to do great work. I really feel like I have the ability to be effective and make a difference.

Patients care is our first priority

A clnician should not be in a mangers position they can ( at least not the mine) not do both jobs well.

The process didn't take long and was pretty normal, until the last interview where there were twice as many people present as I was expecting, and the extra people were from another office and there to try to convince me to commute several times a week, which had never been brought up before.
