Colleagues want to help each other succeed and ask and get the help when needed
Knowing we help people every day.
We're not so big that you can't have impact and we're not so small that you can't get the resources to do great work. I really feel like I have the ability to be effective and make a difference.
Patients care is our first priority
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A clnician should not be in a mangers position they can ( at least not the mine) not do both jobs well.
