This is a culture of layoffs. We're all simply lucky to still have our jobs.
Leadership has no idea what most employees do and demands impossible tasks while providing no funding
We do not get merit raises when deserved, only when in budget
Creative, dedicated teams, although teams are smaller and smaller these days
we work togwether well and accomplish great things in spite of being given very little money to work with

Parts of the organization are being gutted. This is not the Hanley Wood of past years, but rather "transformed" into something else.
quality is a thing of the past. We no longer try to help our clients, we give them broken apps and poor service isntead
