What did you like most about the interview process?I interviewed prior to the new leadership team entry. The experience was thoughtful and efficient.

What are some of the best things about your team?Creative, dedicated teams, although teams are smaller and smaller these days
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Parts of the organization are being gutted. This is not the Hanley Wood of past years, but rather "transformed" into something else.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?This is a culture of layoffs. We're all simply lucky to still have our jobs.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Meyers leadership should actually lead in all geographies and business units.
