Coming up on year anniversary. No evaluation no compensation evaluation. Mr ron forces me to work over and says "you will be ok" he never asks if i mind at all.

my assistant MALE manager was getting paid $25 less in salary than i was. and i was the general manager.
There is no stock option, no benefits, no sick leave, paid time off. No breaks. McDonald's across the street starts at $12 with benefits. We are at $10 with NO benefits, skeleton crew, broken equipment.
I work harder then any manager put they are paid twice as much

i feel as though im a ten dollar person rather than a two dollar
I have worked here for almost 2 years, and have been offered one $.10 raise the entire time. When I asked about said raise after working there for over a year, the general manager said,"You have to remind me about these things"
