Coming up on year anniversary. No evaluation no compensation evaluation. Mr ron forces me to work over and says "you will be ok" he never asks if i mind at all.

Not being rude to everyone
Managers need to listen to employees needs.

they need to chill and not scream and yell all the time over petty nonsense
There are NO meetings. There isn't a possible way with keeping drive thru and dining room open and everyone working almost 7 days a week. We are keeping dead weight employed to just have a body.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
stop tattling about each other and focus more on improvement
There is no culture. No training, no appreciation. Why are we having surveys when only the person handing out the receipt is recognized.
Fire the CEO. Focus on the employees. Stop being so cheap, stop charging agents for paper and envelopes that you require them to use. Ffs.

Lmao. What interview process? THERE IS NO TIME TO DO THEM AND NO ONE PUTTING IN APPLICATIONS.
To hire better employees start by having another person join the interview so there can be a second opionion

There needs to be unpaid training and screeners. All previous employers need to be called or schools and teachers if it's a highschool student. We need a contract that we can fire for any reason in 3 months without punishment of unemployment benefits blow back. Need to let go for non attendance.

The managers need to stop picking at underlings in front of customers on the floor. Customers dont line it

Pay your staff fairly and stop implementing food cost issues like wax paper and boxes for every burger, stop harassing your severely understaffed restaurants for things that our out of their control. The revenue is the same. The amount of staff pitching in to make that happen is NOT COMPENSATED!!!
