The employee at Harland Clarke / vericast are great is more the HR management and the Supervisor on duty that are the issues, they can do better at helping employees with their day to day issues outside of work. It makes us employees feel like they set us up for failure
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I deal with angry callers all day, for a pay rate of 16 an hour. I have a family to support and bills to pay. I understand that’s more then minimum wage but with the lack of help from the supervisor on floor and HR the pay isn’t worth 16 an hour any m
