They need to be replaced as they lack Leadership skills. They lack compassion towards their employees. No such thing as good raises or better benefits. Employees who I've seen work hard are taken advantage of then bullied by leadership and human resources. Never reported anything it's not safe.

When we have inexperienced Leadership with NO VALUES and your treat your employees as they are not worth your time it makes it difficult to think otherwise. Compensation should be fair market value and abuse doesn't count as a benefit.

Have a fair structure for pay and higher wages.

I deal with angry callers all day, for a pay rate of 16 an hour. I have a family to support and bills to pay. I understand that’s more then minimum wage but with the lack of help from the supervisor on floor and HR the pay isn’t worth 16 an hour any m

Stop trying to make people look bad so they will appear better.

The employee at Harland Clarke / vericast are great is more the HR management and the Supervisor on duty that are the issues, they can do better at helping employees with their day to day issues outside of work. It makes us employees feel like they set us up for failure
