Q&A With HarperCollins Employees

Asked to all employees at HarperCollins

  • If you've been with the company less than five years you get 15 vacation days + 5 personal days. You have access to all your days from Jan. 1st and can use them however you see fit. The catch is if you leave the company early you will have to pay back the vacation days you used but didn't earn. Your vacation/personal days do not roll over (at least so I'm told - I've managed to use all mine each year).
