Again, the people are great. We are also involved in some spectacular projects, but it is always the people that make the job a pleasure.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Too many meetings when a detailed, thoughtful email would accomplish the same thing in far less time. Admittedly, to craft the detailed email would take the initiator more time but the saved time for the entire team far out weighs the extra work for one person.
