Hire diverse talent as opposed to saying that diversity lowers the bar. Don’t create a fear based culture where power hungry managers bully their way into succes

Have recruiters that work rather than berating their candidates. Don’t say their salary expectations are outrageous, just move on if it’s not within the range and don’t belittle people for making the industry standard just because Havas can’t
