Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better about my compensation if I was paid the industry standard rather than being lowballed.
Base salary is below par and there is no extra remuneration
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Less meetings and more collaboration. Get more done during the day than have 3 hour meetings about other meetings that have already happened.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The high level c people should treat their team with respect.
Hire diverse talent as opposed to saying that diversity lowers the bar. Don’t create a fear based culture where power hungry managers bully their way into succes
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Have recruiters that work rather than berating their candidates. Don’t say their salary expectations are outrageous, just move on if it’s not within the range and don’t belittle people for making the industry standard just because Havas can’t
