What did you like most about the interview process?Now knowing most of the information was incorrect, i feel misled and the reality of working at Haven is not what was portrayed in the interview. But it is easy to get hired.

What did you like most about the interview process?Honesty of the the job itself, the culture, and job requirements. The require more of you than your titile is and is listed
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Leadership appears to enjoy the deama of gossip and being mediocre. There are no incentives to do more than the absolute bare minimum. The community knows Haven is a last resort and does not screen patients for appropriateness or acuity to run the hospital safely. Many injurues could be avoided.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Leadership should have some training to be able to do their jobs, be appropriate with employees, patients and patients family members. They are incapable of acting professional.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?If leadership had any presence and showed any interest in the employees. Employees havevto ask for an evaluation to get a raise as leadership does not recognize years of service besides a certificate. New hires make more than seasoned employees.
