I feel like the Leadership team would work much better together if we had more communication with one another face to face and less memos.
Improvement in staff appreciation. Directors rarely interact with staff and gossip and protect gossipy behavior extending outside the hospital to other hospitals. Unprofessionalism from CEO and every director there.
The local leadership team should focus on the patient and less on drama.
Communicating and changing the outdated proceduures
Comminication, follow through, employee appeciation, manners and respectfulness, accountability on behalf of thenselves, consistancy, education of employees, hiring qualified canidates, professionalism, improving new employee training initatives, floor visability, and role model conduct
Over all I am satisfied with the job, but it would be great to feel more valued on the weekends that each of us work. Each of us take turns working the weekend, so we come in on Friday am and stay thru Monday morning. That is alot of time away from our own family.
If leadership had any presence and showed any interest in the employees. Employees havevto ask for an evaluation to get a raise as leadership does not recognize years of service besides a certificate. New hires make more than seasoned employees.
Suggestions easily dismissed and pay not at market rate
Paid under market value. Zero to little raises. Benifits are mediocre at best
The team members that have stuck it out longterm reguardless of the unfair and unsafe work conditions
I feel like myself and my co workers need to improve the communication as each shift ends and another begins, so each of us are mire aware of what is needed or was has taken place during the previous shift.

Leadership should have some training to be able to do their jobs, be appropriate with employees, patients and patients family members. They are incapable of acting professional.
Employee appreciation and satisfaction. Number one being market value compansation of ALL employess. Just not those who carry a license and make the numbers look good on paper. All employees are apart of a team. A team by which is heavily required in such a caustic enviroment.
Now knowing most of the information was incorrect, i feel misled and the reality of working at Haven is not what was portrayed in the interview. But it is easy to get hired.
DON was friendly and made time for any questions
Honesty of the the job itself, the culture, and job requirements. The require more of you than your titile is and is listed

Leadership appears to enjoy the deama of gossip and being mediocre. There are no incentives to do more than the absolute bare minimum. The community knows Haven is a last resort and does not screen patients for appropriateness or acuity to run the hospital safely. Many injurues could be avoided.
Lack of direction, structure, and care given by many of those whom are the prime members of the care team. I would never send a family member to this place and only hope all Haven's are not as poorly ran such as this
