- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Sales always get scope wrong, they under or oversell things to clients that make no sense and then never take accountability everything is then pushed on the teams below to fix but then they are reprimanded for sale's lack of budget when projects go over.
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?People should be treated with respect, paid fairly and challenged instead of spread thin.
