Well, EVERYDAY I constantly go through some kind of belittling from my cluster lead, to the point that she has taken AWAY ALL of the stores that WERE under my "care". She's literally been hand feeding me all of my work! Most of which she's had other agents come from out of state. I couldn't be paid

They pay less than the market and peers
Being paid fairly, the contingent workers who work beside me make over $10 more than I do for the same job.
Because the people beside me doing the same job are paid over $10 more an hour. Many tasks were added to this role making it much harder, to do...we were not compensated for this. People joining now get paid more than the long-term emps who have been with the company years, this is NOT fair.

I wish raises were more common, I've been a solid team member, good track record, deadlines on time, everything good. Yet the company expects more out of me without paying me more; I understand that I should be 'growing' and 'learning', but what about the compensation?
