What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too much focus on lowest cost. Sacrafices quality and satisfaction for margin.
Workers are not given any way to contact human resources for help with any type of issue. The company just doesn't care
Everyone is playing politics. They dont care about customer or business
New management that are qualified to perform the job would make all the difference. Not ones who have not a clue and are only concerned with their own advancement.

Anyone who questions Management are targeted and eliminated systematically. Hard work and those who have invested their career are left in the lurch
share the work and share knowledge equally and don't do favoritism to your pets. which surely affect the productivity of the deliverables.
