The projects at HCL are plenty and some in niche areas as well. However, there is a lack of collaboration amongst teams. Licensing of tools seems to be a huge issue, it doesn't get approved through TARMAC. Leadership is not improving collaboration between teams using the right process and tools.

The projects we normally get to work on are on niche areas or upcoming technogies.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The relationship between resources and their managers is informal. So you can talk openly with your manager.
