Building a new business from scratch, at scale across a very complex region
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is the APAC GTM team and I truly believe we are assembling a fantastic group, who work hard for themselves and each other, interact supportively and solve problems
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Great teamwork in Software division LT, fantastic collaboration, open and fact-based transparent discussion, collegiality, alignment around the mission to create a new software company that is successful for customers and for HCL.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My cash components (base and variable) are reasonable relative to the market value of the role I hold, even though substantially less than I have earned in other roles in other companies
