Introducing better competitive salary than market. Introducing a proper ats platform
What did you like most about the interview process?
its nothing to like, the process was very slow, it took them 3 months to hire a cndidate
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay is much lower than what i asked for. Also the benefits are not good, the workload is very high compared to the pay given
