Everything. They are just busy in politics.
Being professional, showing up, not focusing on their own development but on those they lead.
Understanding the role an how the job is to do. Ask what the barriers to success. They need to know who is cheating to get their work done and prevent it or stop them from continuing.
To listen to each individual employee carefully and not show any bias
compensation policy in hcl are not fair
For same position different company offered me with 150% hike. But Still I want stay in HCL bcoz of work culture
Compensation on time with market correction
Yes, I'm undervalued but nothing a salary raise wouldn't take care of.
Better monetary compensation as per my experience
Learn to read emails and communicate. Nothing happens without a meetong - and most meetings end with on decision. Most meetings would be emails but no one acts off an email. They need a meeting to understandvthe rmail.
Just leave this place. Dont wait
Ownership, mentoring, structure and management
Stand up to poor treatment from clients.
Too many meetings without agenda leads to unproductive ways of working. Lack of project planning
They need to walk the talk. Company core values should not be just a poster.

Comfortable working zone mad policies
My lead could show me a LITTLE more support! Show me a LITTLE more trust to simply get the job dine as i know i can! The only reason I'm slow at certain jobs (like a recent locker install) is because I haven't had the opportunities to do them on my OWN!'

Leadership needs to change at all levels
Management needs to understand the constraints of the role.
The host company (3M) was assumed and the interviewea did nothing to discourage the thought until after I accepted.
ease a little bit the questionnaire and ask questions that needs in that job
Offer higher wages. Offer higher wages.
Interview has no relationship to the work executed. There are certain people in the company who simply reject candidates without valid reason resulting many open positions that are filled in end of fiscal in a hurry
business leaders management skills and not to take employees as granted
Review from Engineering Dept
Too much focus on lowest cost. Sacrafices quality and satisfaction for margin.
Workers are not given any way to contact human resources for help with any type of issue. The company just doesn't care
Everyone is playing politics. They dont care about customer or business
New management that are qualified to perform the job would make all the difference. Not ones who have not a clue and are only concerned with their own advancement.
Higher wages. Higher wages. Higher wages.
Allow differentiated processes based upon employee personas
