Healthcare Services Group Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

It's really good and affordable

Well I do have ups and downs because I like to be busy but it's is rewarding to see what all I'm receiving from the company.

Flight ticket yearly company provided

Work/life balance and fair pay.

The health insurance and dental

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

With the proper precautions, buying Adderall online can be a safe and effective way to treat ADHD.

Actually paying people what their worth, give raised to ones who earn, deserve it.

better communication while onboarding new employees

Being able to be financially independent while working 70+ hours a week to fix their facilities. Being able to live in the city I work. Being able to see the doctor more than 3 times a year. Not having to wait a year for vacation. Better work/life balance

The benefits are terrible overall.

It was good give us more pay for the work we do here and Robbindale Villa

I should make more than the people who are just hired or have nor been there as long.

For one better better pay and bonuses when you volunteer to work weekend and holidays to make the building look cleaner.. And more thank you and good job would help.

Health benefits are appalling. Very expensive and don't cover some basic medical needs. Salary is not on par with other companies.

They need to raise the pay

They have the worst health benefits and they pay frontline staff poorly.

Again I hope this reaches someone who can deal with that situation

Review from Operations Dept

When a person in laundry knows more about being in charge because they have a manager who has zero experience, and coworkers bypass the boss and ask said laundry person things a boss controls, there is a major problem. Managers in this setting, with ZERO experience should not be in charge of staff.

No hazard pay even though half our residents have covid...no 401k...not paid for missing work when catching covid...barely any pto

I quit now because not enough pay

Pay the employee what they are worth.

Regular raises, getting paid for hours worked,

Better managers paycheck correct and on time equal work loads

My raise for all them 13 years I been there and haven't gotten one form them at all that's why I have to go um not going above and beyond no more

I went ahead and quit the job.
