Making the residents happy is very satisfying
I love to work, make a difference, service the customer and make work run smoothly for everyone.
I am most happy when I know that my workers are deserving of the best and they act like it. When i go around to residents/patients and they tell me how much my employee made them feel better and made it a good day. There is so much accomplishment in that.

There should be more communication on how district managers handle their facilities, and how to talk to them. We all want to be at a place where we feel like we’re doing good and of course take constructive criticism, but at a proper way of making it know

Better organization from the manager
They need to stop being evil.
Leading by example and participation.
let the supervisors supervise and manager the team. Less work for the supervisors, more money, stop changing salary's when moving to better locations,
Teach all management how to clean how can you tell a housekeeper what needs to be clean when to be clean when management can't even clean themselves
Residents hate the menu. Its disgusting the food that is fed. Would not feed it to my dog. Unable to change menu because of budget restraints.
Give the hard working people a pay raise
Our manager and district manager is our entire issue. Bad management, zero help with anything, lie, have no idea how to clean properly. Our manager and our staff meetings are of her rambling about her personal life, and not about work related ANYTHING. She can not do her job whatsoever.
Residents hate the food and we never have enough and were told to "figure it out" by upper management
Don't fire people with out following a termination process.
How about some one actually reading these reviews and doing something about improving the bad ratings that people consistently leave
The residents complain theirs not enough food. All the good snacks they used to get with signature they don't get now. We never have enough supplies
The managers are lazy and miss u your money they make you work hard not smart
They do what they want its like we don't even have a manager
Staffing and the Company still believing their line staff are minimum wage employees, anyone working in an environment where serious illness or death could occur to them, is more than a minimum wage employee..
Fix the problems , don't hire bodies
Leadership needs to improve significantly, starting from our supervisors to managers, area managers etc... We need to be valued as people, teammates and dedicated workers to your company. Improve our benefits, provide us with some kind of compensation after working with you for a year.
