Appreciate managers and floor staff. Quit rewarding new employees and trashing the old
They need to be professional
They need to streamline the onboarding process for everyone. New managers are left alone for too much of the process. Simplify access to programs that are needed to run the business.
Communicate. Say what you mean and mean what you say.
Leading by example and particpating in the job functions when there are staff shortages.
No bonuses, or extra compensation for going above and beyond. Being sent to other facilites to work, but district managers not showing appreciation for it. The cook pay should be better overall. Salaried managers should be compensated for doing more than what they can.

With the proper precautions, buying Adderall online can be a safe and effective way to treat ADHD.
Actually paying people what their worth, give raised to ones who earn, deserve it.
better communication while onboarding new employees
Being able to be financially independent while working 70+ hours a week to fix their facilities. Being able to live in the city I work. Being able to see the doctor more than 3 times a year. Not having to wait a year for vacation. Better work/life balance
No one want to put effort into a job and place that don't care, we do the dirty work No one wants to do, cut our hours make us work way more harder and faster in less time, you can put your All in, 5, 10 years and you will still be stuck in the same spot, making same pay
My coworkers also need to be able to pay bills and buy what they personally need outside work in order to care about quality at work.
For one coworkers need to learn how to clean better same with management management most management don't even know how to clean your own house. More or less clean
Show up when they need to. Communicate better.
I feel like our work environment is hostile . There was a altercation between two employees recently and the problem wasn't taken care of the same day that it happened . The manager like to run around and start shit between coworkers as well .
Hire a new management team or make them help at ground level at times
they need to listen to new idea's update procedures change old out dated policies
They need to actually care about the employees and stop lying to make us feel guilty
The admins and facilities treat us like they hate us and dont even want us there
Management, bosses, politics, bias, Personsl.griencvancws
Ask more questions, ask about goals, and intentions with the company.

I People that's gonna work and come to work
If pay were increased there would be better candidate
I got the information from a nurse at least what the name was to get this far.
Review from Operations Dept
I have no specific response , it shouldn't take a week to hire someone.
There should be more communication on how district managers handle their facilities, and how to talk to them. We all want to be at a place where we feel like we’re doing good and of course take constructive criticism, but at a proper way of making it know

Better organization from the manager
They need to stop being evil.
Leading by example and participation.

Communication, directions and goals with specific details.
